Terms of Services

Please read through the terms and services. By commissioning me, you agree with these terms. Violation of these terms can result in the cancelation of the transaction between the artist and client. Do check with me if anything is unclear.

No refunds will be given once I have started a drawing
All payments to be done by Paypal only
50% down-payment will be required after I send a quick sketch for the first confirmation and ask for any tweaks (the other 50% will be paid upon completion of artwork.)
Note that the quick sketch has very little details and is mostly to see the gist of the pose or where facial features go
Any major changes to the artwork after a second confirmation of a refined sketch will be charged at 30% of the full price (refer to the process section below if unclear)

Do NOT alter my artwork first seeking permission
The commission is NOT for commercial purposes, please inform me beforehand if you are interested in commercial use commissions
Do NOT remove the signature/watermark or repost my art without crediting me (@cyisteria on Instagram/Twitter)
Distributing, reproducing, or otherwise profiting from the commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited
Do NOT use any of the commission or artworks to create NFTs or upload it to artificial intelligence (AI) image generators in any manner
You, the client, are allowed to use the commission as a wallpaper/pfp etc (pfp for social media requires credits). You can also post the art on social media with credits as long as it is all for personal use and NOT for monetary gain

• ⊱ Process ⊰ •

I will send a quick sketch for confirmation and require a 50% down-payment by sending a Paypal invoice. Thereafter, I will refine the sketch and ask for confirmation once more (no major changes to be done after this second confirmation, or the client will pay an additional 30% of the full price)
You can enquire more about my services. If you wish for something different from the example artworks, we can always discuss it. I can also do logos or app designs and provide a separate portfolio upon request.
Feel free to tell me what you'd like and provide reference images, sketches or a description of what you have in mind. Also don't hesitate to ask me for updates anytime!
I will provide about 3 progress updates depending on the type of commission. (E.g. 2 for sketches, 1 for flat colours) Do ask for any tweaks then or no major changes will be allowed without additional charges
The artwork will take about 3-5 working days after the first quick sketch, depending on the complexity and my schedule
The finished artwork will be posted on my social media, unless discussed otherwise
I will send the finalised jpg/png file to your discord or email, whichever is your preferred method
My apologies if I don't tend to your messages fast enough if we're in different timezones. I hope we can be patient with one another, thank you for your understanding :)

I reserve the right to reject an order for whatever reason.I reserve the right to cancel or halt the commission due to lack or poor communication between both parties, rude behaviour or a violation of these Terms and Services. (There will be no refunds)
